Job Description
Responsible for the following:
- Assist in all billing and collection related tasks.
- Updating and filling of business related documents.
- Regularly coordinate with accounting firm for all government related payables.
- Make sure all government related contributions including BIR related payables are filed and paid on time.
- Provide regular recommendations on how we can streamline our processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writting in a clear, polite and courteous manner.
- Has the initiative to make decisions in a timely manner.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Considerable ability to concurrently undertake a multitude of tasks and to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Accounting and finance background is a plus.
