Job Description
The Operations and Maintenance Engineer is reponsible for the following:
- Corrective and Predictive mechanical maintenance repairs.
- Maintenance program, procedures, and guidelines.
- Project implementation.
- Test, evaluation, and reporting.
- People management and development.
- Health and safety.
- Risk review.
- Inventory and spare parts monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Registered Engineer.
- With 5 years technical, supervisory, or managerial experience in a power plant industry (diesel/bunker power plant or coal fired power plant or gas turbine power plant).
- Knowledgeable in project management, operations management, and maintenance management system in the power plant industry.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of computer systems and its applications.
- Willing to travel to different site locations of the power plant.
