Sales Management Coordinator | Compensation and Benefits  

Job Description

• Helpdesk for seller’s commission inquiry
• Provide helpdesk assistance to all commission-related concerns. Ensure that commission inquiry of all sellers are properly coordinated to concerned departments.
• Provide support in payroll processing
• Monitoring of In-House Incentive, from requesting RFPs for those already qualified, to distribution of debit advice to Sales Channels.
• Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
• Responsible for managing seller’s database through accurate and regular updating of all necessary information including correct hierarchy, sellers' information and movement or termination of sellers.
• Activation of access to Seller's Portal for In-house Sellers and Brokers. Accommodating inquiry with regards to log-in issue and coordination with IT Dept. all the Log-in issue/error encountered.
• Employment verification of Sellers from Banks and other companies.
• Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree and/or any related courses ( BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Fresh graduates
• Proficient in MS Office applications particularly excel

• Analytical skill ,numerical ability, and with strong mathematical and computing skills is advantage

• Good written and oral communication skills
