Job Description
- Promote and offer DMCI Homes properties
- Generate potential clients and forge lasting relationships with them.
- Build and sustain a solid social and professional network
- Update clients on market conditions, prices, legal and/or documentary requirements and other related matters
- Assess buyers need and locate properties for their consideration
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree program or at least two years in college.
- With sales background ( Real Estate is an advantage )
- Resides in Metro Manila
- Own Laptop & smartphone with Internet connection
- Good at maintaining relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
