Job Description
- Promote and sell DMCI HOMES condominium projects thru online advertisements and company supported activities
- Meet monthly and quarterly quota
- Develop "out of the box" sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness
- Attend meetings, site and booth manning

Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is an advantage, Property Development/Real Estate
- At least 1-year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Goal oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and consistently meets performance standards
- Assertive, determined and self-motivated
- Willing to be trained and flexible
- Can work in a team and has a sense of responsibility
- Must be enthusiastic and resourceful
- Preferably, Applicants must be a resident of Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Taguig, Manila.
