Job Description
The Full Stack Developer is mainly responsible for creating and ensuring the stability of websites, applications, and programs using Node.js. The role is also in charge of modifying existing applications to meet the needs spelled out in System Requirement documents, and Technical Design Documents.
A Full Stack Developer analyses user needs through the implementation of content, performance, graphics and capacity; with a thorough knowledge of developing cross platforms that are compatible with web, mobile, and video applications.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly coordinate with the Development team to implement predefined wireframes and sitemaps
- Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing Department to ensure technical information is clearly communicated and understood by all
- Ensure the speed and stability, and improve the appearance, functionality and conversion performance of the websites.
- Implement website changes across a variety of environments
- Develop and maintain APIs from Node.js and follow Agile and DevOps best practices to execute, manage and collaborate on client projects.
- Front End development and maintenance of UI
- Design interfaces and graphics for presentations and mobile-delivered applications
- Design and implement websites from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable
- Design and implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing websites
- Create and update re-usable code libraries to streamline development cycle
- Conduct automated unit, functional and infrastructure testing to reduce bugs and maintain site stability
- Ensure integrity of analytics data and its capture
- Assist with EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) creation where required
- Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business, assisting them with your technical knowledge and working together to create innovative and successful solutions.
- Manage a broad task portfolio with competing deadlines.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Information Technology teams in creating a consistent and first-in-class web presence
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree/Certification in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Node.js (Adonis.js preferred)
- Experience in Vue.JS (Quasar), Angular.JS or React.JS or similar
- Experience writing clean, secure and well documented PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker, or an interest in learning both, preferred
- Proven software development experience using Vue,js JavaScript framework and Pusher is a plus
- Experience in developing and administering third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, e-Bay etc.)
- Experience with using Content Management Systems, preferred
- Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
- Familiarity with web standards and usability
- Proven experience working on responsive websites and ability to resolve cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time with strong attention to detail
- Creative ability in the graphic design space is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Early Morning Shift
