Job Description

Candidate Sourcing and Marketing

  • Real time processing and screening of all applications received from various sourcing channels and initiatives and ensure that they meet the minimum requirement for all open positions
  • Continuously initiate different types of sourcing efforts to ensure a steady flow of applications regardless of the absence of Recruitment events / activities and build a healthy pool of candidates for active endorsements
  • Generate high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight deadlines
  • Keep track of all hiring needs and ensure that marketing strategies and projects relevant to the open requisitions are set in place and executed with relevant results
  • Conceptualize programs/projects to enhance the sourcing channels currently utilized per vertical or position
  • Execute and represent the company in all external and internal pre-planned recruitment/sourcing activities such as Job Fairs, Career Talks, Recruitment Open-House, and other related activities
  • Increase coverage of sourcing efforts which shall not be limited to paper-screening, phone-screening and candidate scheduling; create and post job openings on all available channels including social media
  • Provide current and regular updates to all processed candidates regarding their application status

Administrative and Back Office

  • Management of the Recruitment Hub; administering all assessments required for all open positions
  • Record keeping and maintaining of different recruitment files
  • Performs all required pre-employment due diligence checks
  • Create ways to enhance applicant experience and reduce waiting time
  • Maintain databases and trackers, and provide statistical reports for proper and accurate monitoring which is key to future Recruitment initiated projects and activities
  • Maintain applicant database by ensuring real-time processing of all applications received via all channels used by the Recruitment team
  • Maintain spreadsheets for the hiring headcount as well as, all weekly/monthly recruiting reports
  • Utilize gathered data / reports generated to establish recommendations to improve the process

Others

  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional / departmental goals as directed by superiors
  • Keep updated on industry trends and practices, primarily competitor intelligence, and make recommendations based on gathered information
  • Creating partnerships will all levels of the organization, external third party vendors, universities, associations and other recruiting sources

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioural Science or equivalent
  • At least 1-3 years’ of relevant work experience in a similar position, working in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources with sourcing background OR experience in an administrative function preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Background in conducting reference checks is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and success in meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to interact with different types of people at all levels
  • Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame as well as the ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and is technically savvy
  • With pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and is customer service-oriented
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organization skills
  • Self-starter and able to work independently or with a team
  • Proven ability to communicate in English, both in written and oral forms
  • A commitment to client service and a flexible can-do attitude to respond to client and business needs
  • Must be accurate, energetic, enthusiastic, and driven
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule as required
  • With offsite / field (provincial) work assignments
  • Amenable to working in the BGC area
