Job Description
- Daily posting of stock invoices and credit notes
- Only valid invoices should be processed
- Ensure all invoices has corresponding purchase orders and match against invoices
- Supplier module rollover
- Timely submission of stock claims to the suppliers
- On time resolution of claims disputes
- Constant coordination with warehouse and sales/product managers
- Submission of accurate and valid claims to suppliers
- Direct shipment processing in Pronto
- Invoicing customers for direct shipment orders
- Resolution of price and stock variance between customer order and supplier invoice
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any Business related course
- Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience working in an Accounting environment preferably BPO
- Candidates with background as an Accounts Administrator, Accounts Payable or a Junior Accountant;
- Candidates must have strong English communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel in an Intermediate (vlookup, basic formulas)
- Must be diligent and has high attention to details
- Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City and must be willing to be assigned in an early morning shift from Monday to Friday
