Job Description

The Sales and Customer Experience team members are genuine, friendly, warm and enthusiastic customer advocates with a strong ethical sales compass.

The Inbound Sales Specialist will provide exceptional service when communicating, booking, and managing the events process for the client’s private and corporate customers. They should have the ability to follow and deliver the client’s sales process naturally, truly connect with their customers, work efficiently on tasks, provide exceptional customer service to requests, build genuine relationships and secure event bookings meeting the KPIs

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage inbound lead enquiries according to the best practice standards in place
  • Manage customer service enquiries according to the customer best practice standards in place
  • Ensure each call is as if it is your very first customer
  • Commence each day following the best practice ‘weekly flow’
  • Manage inbound leads effectively seeing all leads as ‘gold’ opportunities
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate proposals, booking packages for our customers using our CRM tool
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined and proven selling process
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure company goals, standards and customer experiences are being met
  • Ensure all leads and service enquiries are actioned in the inbox prior to ‘end of day’
  • Provide a professional and memorable first customer experience into Fly By Fun’s team, service and products
  • Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of the client’s product offering, packages and points of difference
  • Achieve the daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through following the successful sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Ensure an effortless experience that is fun, efficient and professional for the client’s customers
  • Bring a positive contribution to the team through being your best self each day by having fun, loving what you do and enjoy helping people with our service

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least minimum of 3 years of sales and customer service or pure sales experience in the BPO industry
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with keen attention to details
  • Strong customer service and organization skills; cool-tempered and able to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Able to motivate self and complete tasks efficiently; ensuring that all leads and customer calls are completed daily
  • Able to tailor fit questions based on the needs of the customers; Help them paint a picture of their ideal party theme by providing suggestions and ideas that the client will be helping them organize
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build connection and rapport with customers over the phone to ensure that they book their events with the client
  • Previous knowledge in CRM tools such as Aircall or Fusion Software is an advantage but not required
  • Must sound warm, natural, organized, and professional over the phone to give the customers the impression that the agent is organized and has everything sorted out for them
  • Previous experience working under a Business To Consumer (B2C) account is an advantage
  • Amenable to work in BGC in a Morning shifting schedule including weekends (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Saturday – Wednesday or Monday – Friday)
  • Walk in applicants will be prioritized.
