Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing new marketing campaigns and strategies for the brand. The role also entails interacting with customers on behalf of the client, providing accurate and timely information to customers, and identifying potential issues that may result in negative brand exposure. The role requires in-depth social media management and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute leads generation through the client's social media platforms
- Create social media campaigns that aligns with the core values and brand identity
- Complete daily videos/content for social media stories that have a specific plan and outcome
- Answer back to comments and inbox messages in all platforms; responsible for engaging clients through social media
- Run online media and client's Youtube channel in order to maximize all posts and content
- Review and create efficient reports from Google and social media analytics
- Lead and participate in marketing meetings to continually improve brand and engagement
- Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- Must possess at least three (3) to five (5) years extensive work experience in the field of Digital Media and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Knowledge in Social Media Marketing and Management, specifically in Facebook, Instagram
- Has flawless command of the English language both written and oral
- Strong grasp of marketing and branding concepts
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills and understanding of the art of advertising
- Must be able to demonstrate effective time management skills - handle and prioritize multiple projects regardless of the inevitable changing scope, timelines, goals, deliverable, etc.
