Job Description
- Primarily responsible for recruitment, receptionist, and basic administrative duties
- In charge of HR records management (online and 201 files)
- Provide assistance in data gathering
- Provide assistance in training and development activities
- Draft memorandum and other company documents
- Perform entry-level HR tasks as required
- Completes special HR projects as agreed with the management
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration or equivalent
- Candidate must have experience in customer relations
- Candidate must be fluent in Fluent and highly proficient in writing
- Must be tech-savvy
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
