1. Quality Management System

• Ensures that Quality processes are established, implemented and maintained.
• Plans and coordinates the internal quality audit of the quality system
• Attends to third party auditors during site visits.
• Develop and maintain QA programs, plans and procedures at the site.
• Schedule, coordinate and conduct audit activities including internal and surveillance audits, principals’ visits/ audits, and suppliers’ audits.
• Work closely with Purchasing in establishing quality requirements for external suppliers, conducting suppliers’ quality audit, and evaluation of potential suppliers of products that may directly affect our products and services.

2. Supply Chain Management

• Oversees purchase order of stocks, stock transfer to hubs and reviews recommendation of adjustments of overage/ shortage to Finance Team based on reconciliation results.
• Oversees Warehouse Supervisor in daily warehousing activities from deliveries from principals and suppliers.
• Monitors KPI as agreed with Principals in the contracts or as set by DSPI management.
• Accountable for ensuring the availability of accurate, actual and online information on stock inventory and related matters.
• Oversees CSR Supervisor in the timely monitoring and effective monitoring of stocks’ availability with principal / suppliers.
• Oversees and tracks the accounts receivables and collections.
• Handles complaints and feedbacks.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

• Minimum 5 years experience in handling QMS, Warehouse and transport operations.
• Knowledgeable in handling personnel and leading them in reaching supply chain objectives.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
