Responsible in validating of all details provided by Sales versus SI processed by CSR.
Ensure complete attachment of necessary documents such as DR/ PO / ASN, COA, etc.
Maintain records of Sales Invoices and DRs issued to customer.
Confirmation and verification of returned invoices and reasons for rejections.
Process CM for all returns and pull out from customer
Endorse all invoices and documents to transport.
Follow established policies and procedures especially established timelines, cut-offs and lead times.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications

At least 2 years in College
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical, planning and organizing skills
Attention to details especially in data entry
Excellent Problem-solving skills
Works well with people
