Job Description
1. Provide administrative and logistic support to the Commercial Operation Head.
- Receives/ screens incoming calls and visitors determine which are priority matters, and alerts the heads accordingly. Facilitate composition of memos and letters for both internal and external use.
- Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings and takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings. Distributes minutes of meetings to assignees as instructed by facilitator.
- Compiles and maintains business records, statistical information, and reports. The position also establishes and maintains various filing and record management systems.
- Completion of requirementS such as RCA, liquidations and others request
2. Provide administrative and logistic support to sales and marketing personnel
- Completion of requirements such as business correspondence deferred payment forms, PAF for orders and bidding requirements for various organization and government agencies. (Trade)
- completion of vendor accreditation requirements and medical supplies monitoring (ID)
- Sourcing of supplies (MedRep)
- Completion of requirement such as product presentation request, HCOor HCP Request, liquidations, sample request (Medrep)
- Facilitation of COE and PRC requirements
OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE WORK
- Facilitation of Flight and Hotel accommodation arrangements.
- Logistic support to Sales
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate
- Good communication
- Know ho to use Word and Excel
- Proficiency with computers and office equipment
