Job Description
- Make daily collection calls
- Conduct account research and analysis
- Prepare and maintain various reports
- Maintain an accurate aging report
- Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
- Send statement to outstanding customers
- Reconcile A/R to the G/L
- Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant license holder is an advantage
- 1 years experience in AR can substitute for educational requirement
- Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills
- Experience with customer service and client communication
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and edit Excel spreadsheets
- Familiarity with SAP accounting program
