Job Description
- Coordinate with cross-discipline team members and third-party providers to ensure project success and that everyone is on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Conduct handover from the Sales Department
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Conduct project kickoff meetings with the Implementation Consultants, Sales Department, and stakeholders
- Discuss with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
- Create effective project communication plans and ensure proper execution
- Assess and facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of how such will impact the timeline and budget
- Coordinate the development of manuals, training materials, and other documents as required to ensure the success of the implementation and handover to customers
- Identify and establish new customer opportunities
- Secure customer acceptance of project deliverables
- Manage customer satisfaction throughout the project
- Conduct post-implementation review and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Control solutions by establishing specifications and coordinating production with Developers and Analysts
- Formulate a budget and ensure that the project adheres to it
- Maintain and enhance professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reviewing professional publications; widening personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Ensure results from the Implementation Consultants & Developers by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a year of experience in project management and software development
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Good leadership, decision-making and organization skills
- Willing to work or be assigned within and outside Metro Manila
