Job Description

  • Monitor, collect and maintain support ticketing system by handling, endorsing, and coordinating tickets to Support and Implementation Team; gathering and consolidating customer's complaints and concerns; expediting correction or adjustment; following through to ensure resolution
  • Work closely with Support and Implementation Team by delegating and maintaining schedule of support activities and appropriate resources (i.e. people, property) to completely resolve the support tickets
  • Provide proactive customer care management
  • Document customer interactions and calls
  • Provides periodic reports and updates for all ticket activities
  • Organize and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Ensure and exceed customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in customer care management and support coordination is an advantage
  • Entry level applicants can be considered
  • With pleasing personality and excellent in Business English communication skills
  • Willing to work or be assigned within and outside Metro Manila
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
