Job Description
- Monitor, collect and maintain support ticketing system by handling, endorsing, and coordinating tickets to Support and Implementation Team; gathering and consolidating customer's complaints and concerns; expediting correction or adjustment; following through to ensure resolution
- Work closely with Support and Implementation Team by delegating and maintaining schedule of support activities and appropriate resources (i.e. people, property) to completely resolve the support tickets
- Provide proactive customer care management
- Document customer interactions and calls
- Provides periodic reports and updates for all ticket activities
- Organize and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Ensure and exceed customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in customer care management and support coordination is an advantage
- Entry level applicants can be considered
- With pleasing personality and excellent in Business English communication skills
- Willing to work or be assigned within and outside Metro Manila
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
