Job Description

Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/ Bachelor of Science in Public Administration/ Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
With at least 6 months related work experience
With pleasing personality
Not more than 30 years of age
With good oral and written communication skills
Knowledgeable in Windows applications
Able to give accurate information
Well oriented and keen to instructions
Ability to work independently as a part of a Team
Able to process any legal papers and permits
Willing to work in San Juan area
