- Manage the performance of both company-owned and franchised branches in terms of meeting company targets in revenues and income while maintaining and safeguarding company standards.
- Supervise a number of Branch OICs in ensuring that company directives are properly implemented at the branch level.
- Train and motivate their Branch Employees to allow for career opportunities with the end objective of allowing their people to be promoted to higher position.
- Monitor the performance of all branches, both company-owned and franchised, in terms of revenue, ARPU, income, and identified product offerings.
- Review and recommend for approval budget figures for all branches under his/her jurisdiction.
- Prepare detailed programs to support the budet figures including, among others, activities, time line, and impact to branch performance (monetary of otherwise).
- Identify traning needs for his/her people in order for them to perform their duites properly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year business course.
- At least 2 years related experience in store operations.
- Knowledgeable of basic computer applications.
- Technical knowledge on basic financial analysis
- Good leadership, management, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Above general average communication skills, both oral and written.
- Multitasking and flexible to work.
- Can work under extreme pressure and deadlines.
