This position is responsible for manpower sourcing, selection and placement by implementing HR staffing policies and procedures to ensure manpower requirements are served in a timely manner and with the right “fit”. The HR associate also performs effective employee relations by coordinating with assigned support units. He/she also ensures immediate response to the concerns, needs, and requirements of their assigned units and manages their expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Behavioral Science.
- One (1) year of related experience.
- Oral and written communications skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Computer proficient.
- Courtesy and professional behavior.
- Effective coordination with internal and external parties.
