- Sales Development
- Locate potential users or customers (example: boilers, ice plant, etc).
- Prepare marketing and sales strategies.
- Attend trade shows to identify new services and products.
- Monitor local competitors.
- Make presentation materials and conduct product presentations.
- Understand technical operations and applications.
- After-sales Monitoring
- Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
- Verify contracts with vendors.
- Sales Support & Leads Generation
- Generate leads and follow through with the project until conversion to sales
- Create letters, reports, presentations
- Other related tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good oral and written communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills;
- Strong analytical, negotiating and planning skills to meet sales goals;
- Has initiative, resourcefulness and motivation for sales;
- Willing to learn and to be trained in technical product knowledge;
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint;
- Willing to report for work in Binondo, Manila.
