Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are willing to take on various tasks such as:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the team
  • Develop a strategy to ensure the team will reach their goals for the prescribed period
  • Generate reports and timelines
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to team members
  • Develop and enhance strengths of team members

Minimum Qualifications

All applicants must have excellent English communication skills- speaking and writing.

  • Team Lead experience in BPO industry (minimum 2 years)
    • Experience in Customer Service
  • Good organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Willing to work Pacific Time Zone (PT)- Mondays - Fridays
