Job Description
The primary function of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to communicate with our customers and provide information about our products.
Sample tasks include:
- Outbound appointment setting through our online portal
- Updating of database through our online portal
- Answering customer inquiries
- Advising customers if there are any changes/ updates with regards to our products and services
- US based account (Pacific Standard Time) Mondays - Fridays
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who have excellent English communication skills- speaking and writing.
- Must have experience in the BPO industry of at least 6 months
- Must have experience in Customer Service
- Sales or Marketing background is a plus!
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
