Job Description

The primary function of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to communicate with our customers and provide information about our products.

This is a VOICE account- all applicants must be fluent in English.

Sample tasks include:

  • Answering customer inquiries (Inbound x Outbound)
  • Updating the database through our online portal
  • Advising customers if there are any changes/ updates with regards to our products and services
  • USA Account (Pacific Standard Time)
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. Fixed Schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can work with minimal supervision. Applicants MUST have excellent English communication skills- speaking and writing.

  • Must have experience in the BPO industry for at least 6 months
  • Experience in handling International accounts - plus points!
  • Must have experience in Customer Service
  • Sales or Marketing background - plus points!
  • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
