Job Description

Summary of accountability

The main accountabilities of the Customer Service Representative are to receive and process request from clients and assist the branch operations to ensure delivery of sales goals.

Tasks to be performed:

  • Receive and process local and and international reservations, inquiries, vehicle replacement requests, and vehicle breakdown reports from clients.
  • Qualify potential customers and accomplishment of Rental Agreement.
  • Accomplish Daily Cash Collection Report (DCCR), Inventory and Daily Round-up.
  • Prepare computation of charges and prepare billing statements for retail accounts.
  • Assist Credit and Collection for the timely collection of payments from clients.
  • Meet customers' needs.
    • Resolve customer complaints to full satisfaction of both parties.
  • Perform telemarketing to gain more clients and rovide job leads to the Account Executives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
  • Good analytical and communications skills.
  • Required languages: English and Filipino.
  • High level of integrity, self-driven, self-starter.
