Job Description
- Conduct research and develop safety and operating procedures for implementation to improve efficiency and production.
- Monitors all equipment and materials used in the workplace are according to specification and capacity to ensure safe working conditions.
- Document and maintain records of all equipment, materials and conducts research for future references.
- Monitor progress of procedures implemented and troubleshoots problems that arise during operations.
- Able to anticipate, identify and solve problems including issues such as workers safety and problems related to production and environmental protection.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Chemical Engineer
- With at least 3-5 years experience in Mining Industry
- With good decesion and problem solving skill
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills

About Diamond Drilling Corporation of the Philippines
Diamond Drilling Corporation of the Philippines (DDCP) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company. Established in 1971, DDCP is a pioneer provider of mineral exploration drilling services in the country.
DDCP primary handles surface and underground drilling requirements of its mother company, LCMC in Benguet, and its sister company, Manila Mining Corporation in Surigao del Norte.
The company has also provided exploration and drilling services in various projects for other companies such as Far Southeast Gold Resources and MRL Gold Philippines.
Specialized drilling services has also been
provided to the geothermal energy sector with the completion of three geothermal slim holes for the
Department of Energy and Basic Energy Corporation.
Several completed contracts for mining, water
well, geotechnical and geothermal drilling with approximately one million meters drilled over a span of
47 years is proof of the company’s success and resiliency.
DDCP intends to expand its operations this year to meet the drilling and exploration requirements of other
industries.
