Job Description
- Administer all accounting, taxation process and ensure optimal quality of all processes.
- Oversaw efficient work of all employees and answer all customer related queries.
- Coordinate with all third-party application providers and share services.
- Prepare reports for ledgers, trial balance and reconcile all statements and ensure the integrity of all data.
- Perform research on various accounting processes, analyze variances and prepare appropriate reports.
- Manage all specialize accounts for various pension and unit plans.
- Prepare specialized accounts for unit trust, life and pension, taxation, etc.
- Administer all reconcile statements for cash and income accounts.
- Maintain portfolio activity, update entries in the general ledger and evaluate it on a regular basis to ensure accuracy in rate.
- Prepare reports for broker-dealers and respective accounts.
- Coordinate with internal auditors and answered all related queries and prepare associated reports on the same.
- Monitor all accounting deliverables, process all vouchers and ensure work according to the deadline.
- Prepare reports to be submitted to management and recommend improvements if required.
- Perform reconciliation of all reports for cash inflow from abroad.
- Evaluate all cost receivables and payables on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
- Manage all information and update it on automated systems and generate accounting reports.
- Forecast budget requirements, update journal entries and prepare reports on same
Minimum Qualifications
- CPA Board Passer
- At least one year related work experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Diamond Drilling Corporation of the Philippines (DDCP) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company. Established in 1971, DDCP is a pioneer provider of mineral exploration drilling services in the country.
DDCP primary handles surface and underground drilling requirements of its mother company, LCMC in Benguet, and its sister company, Manila Mining Corporation in Surigao del Norte.
The company has also provided exploration and drilling services in various projects for other companies such as Far Southeast Gold Resources and MRL Gold Philippines.
Specialized drilling services has also been
provided to the geothermal energy sector with the completion of three geothermal slim holes for the
Department of Energy and Basic Energy Corporation.
Several completed contracts for mining, water
well, geotechnical and geothermal drilling with approximately one million meters drilled over a span of
47 years is proof of the company’s success and resiliency.
DDCP intends to expand its operations this year to meet the drilling and exploration requirements of other
industries.
