Human Resource (HR) Generalist  

1. Responsible for compliance with atatutory reports and benefits of employees

2. Prepares competency-based annual training programs and initiates contracting of external training providers

3. Prepares and facilitates annual calendar of company activities and employee engagements

4. Assists in administration of talent acquisition observing standard procedures and ensures ready pool of candidates at any given time

5. Handles filing, storage, upkeep, security and maintenance of both employee and company records on a daily basis

6. Assists in the implementation of workplace safety programs

7. Prepares internal correspondences and responsible for its effective communication targeting desired actions and results from all concerned

8. Promotes teamwork within all interfaces of the company, by positive, cooperative attitude, and willingness to take on additional duties as directed

• Psychology or social science course graduate
• Advanced knowledge in MS word
• With four (4) years related work experience in the mining industry
• With experience in developing and facilitating in-house trainings
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
