Environment, Health, Safety Officer  

1. Develop the company OHS manual of operations and monitoring systems for controls and risk management.

2. Conducts audit and risk assessment to initiate action based on conceptual and technical knowledge in the achievement of departmental goal which is to protect all company properties and equipment, employees, customers, and the environment.

3. Ensures compliance with required workplace safety standards and regulations.

4. Implements company OHS manual of operations as well as directs and exercises functional authority in essential matters of safety, health, environment.

5. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual safety reports and maintains proper documentation to conform to record-keeping requirements.

6. Investigates all accidents of injury or property damage to ascertain the cause and need for corrective action, and develop measures and strategies to prevent its recurrence.

7. Manages cost and handles personal protective equipment supplies and issuance observing appropriate controls.

8. Plans and develops annual training programs and all related safety activities for implementation and oversees program coordination and execution.

9. Plans, organizes workloads and staff assignments, evaluates staff progress and performances.

10. Performs other duties and responsibilities that are related to the achievement of company business goals.

• WIth atleast five years work experience in supervisory position
• Preferably an accredited OSH practitioner
• Technical course graduate preferably Engineering course
• With related safety training certifications and DOE accreditation an advantage
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills
