Job Description
DDI's Business Development Consultant role is a sales position focused on meeting client business needs and developing and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue that represent the full range of DDI solutions.
Major responsibilities include the following:
- Devises and implements the following:
- Specific account management strategies and activities to penetrate new clients/prospects and to increase expansion in assigned client organizations
- Account management activities to build customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty
- Develops long-term high-level relationships with senior executives in assigned accounts
- Interfaces and establishes credibility with senior level executives in DDI’s core areas of expertise inclusive of Leadership Strategy, Leadership Selection, Leadership Development, and Succession Management
- Partners with consulting resources to manage client expectations and ensures client satisfaction on all projects delivered.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in sales in conceptual business solutions.
- Proven ability to sell intangibles.
- Business acumen.
- Executive demeanor and communication.
- Computer savvy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in the HR consulting industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
