Job Description
Your main responsibility as a Project Facilitator is to deliver DDI training programs to our clients. Your involvement will also include workshop planning and post-engagement debriefs. Successful candidates for this role will go through our sought-after Facilitator Certification Process (FCP), where you will develop new facilitation skills and enhance current ones. Successful completion of this certification is prerequisite to the delivery of DDI workshops.
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for experienced learning and development professionals who meet the following requirements:
- Experience in delivering training programs at the corporate setting, specifically on leadership and workforce development.
- Preferably with consulting experience (internal or external).
- Having line management experience also helps, as it allows you to better connect with your leader-learners.
- Demonstrates executive presence.
- Business savvy.
- Communicates effectively.
