Marketing Specialist  

Development Dimensions International Philippines (DDI) is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team!

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting DDI as a leading HR consultancy in the areas of leadership strategy, leader selection, leadership development and succession management. You will be managing events and public relations, generate sales leads/opportunities, and execute our overall marketing plan. You will be part of our network of international marketing professionals, too---expect that you will be collaborating with and learning from your ASEAN and global marketing counterparts.

Your detailed areas of accountability include the following:

Brand Management and Public Relations

• Manage public relations for DDI Philippines.
  • This includes establishing partnerships and networks with professional and management organizations such as PMAP, PSTD, MAP, BPAP, etc. and media/PR outlets.
• Manage and update DDI Philippines website.
• Publish DDI whitepapers on thought leadership and solutions in local publications.

Marketing Plan Execution

• Develop collateral and sales tools, direct mail and integrated e-marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute events, tradeshows, and webinars.
• Work with DDI thought leaders to create internal communications and publications.
• Analyze and report on the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyze industry, customer, and market trends.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing plans.
• Support the development of internal and external communications/publications on DDI solutions, researches, and events.
• Manage and implement Public Workshops for DDI Philippines.

Sales Lead Generation

• Develop and implement marketing activities to generate sales opportunities.
• Qualify and monitor leads generated from marketing activities on a regular basis (e.g. monthly).
  • This includes submission of lead generation reports to the Business Development Director.

This position reports to the Managing Director of DDI Philippines.

• Graduate of Marketing, Psychology, or Business.
• One to two years of experience in marketing intagibles (e.g. services).
• Preferably, you have some basic knowledge on HR, but this isn't required.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Innovative and self-starter.
• Eager to learn.
