Job Description
- To support the Accounting Head in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance / Accounting Department.
- To maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers.
- Send out notices to overdue accounts.
- Collect payments and post to accounts.
- Reach out to customers with unpaid debt and attempt to collect from them.
- Maintain files on the financial status of accounts.
- Keep track of delinquent accounts.
- Prepare statements for the accounting department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Management or equivalent
- Required languages: English, Filipino
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Additionally, experience in lending or banking helps
- Basic / Advanced skills in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel
- Full-time position/s available
- Must be hardworking, patient and detail-oriented
- Available to work ASAP
- Applicant must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
