Job Description
- Ensures that customer complaints are resolved to customer service team to attain departmental and organizational goals.
- Determines work procedure, work schedules, and workflow for customer service representatives.
- Participates on employees' annual reviews, appraisals and performance.
- Maintains communication with customer's via emails, phone calls, mail, etc.
- Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company's brands, systems and processes.
- Answers agent questions regarding best practices for difficult calls.
- Monitors and evaluates agent performance, proving learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
- Works with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
