Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors, unit owners and others.
- Handles guests and employee's question and concern profesionally and courteously.
- Answers and screens all incoming calls and routes them to their proper recipient, taking and relaying message as needed.
- Provide general information and taking messages.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to listen effectively and respond appropriately.
- Has a pleasing personality.
