Job Description
- Develop certification and testing of Accepted Participants and supplier of Level 1-3 infrastructure into the AFCS;
- Ensure continued security, integrity, continuity and trust in the AFCS;
- Develop and maintain the standard and specification of the AFCS;
- Evaluate compliance of Concessionaire against KPIs;
- Evaluate designs, plans, and specification; and
- Represent DOTr in the Technical Working Group, other Management committees, and inter-agency meetings;
Minimum Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Testing and Acceptance of IT projects.
Preferred Requirement:
- At least two (2) years of testing Interoperable Automatic Fare Collection Systems and Project Management for development of integrated ticketing and payment system
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills

About Department of Transportation
The AFCS project under Department of Transportation provides an automatic fare collection system for LRT 1, LRT 2 and MRT 3 using contactless smart card technology based on the ISO 14443 A/B standards. This project shall be expandable to allow inclusion of the other modes of transportation (e.g. bus and PUV) and other card issuers into a generic contactless micropayment solution.
