Receive general instructions from the immediate supervisor; Give tecnical advice on financial and budgetary matters to the Regional Director; Prepare and submit financial statements and reports; Implement management and financial policies; Supervise accounting work such as preparation of payrols and vouchers, maintaining books of accounts, preparation of remittances for the bills sent by the creditors, preparation of accounting reports and other accounting-related matters; Conduct periodic review of the books of accounts of the office; Certify the correctness of jpurnal vouchers, bills, statement of accounts, trial balances, budget estimates and other financial statements and records; Sign certifications as to the availability of funds on expenses vouchers, treasury warrants and requisition for equipment, supplies and materials; and Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting
* One (1) year of relevant experience
* 4 hours of relevant training
* RA 1080 (CPA)
