Strand: Governance and Operations
Bureau/Service: National Educators Academy of the Philippines
Division/Office: Quality Assurance Division
The position manages the strategic framework for ensuring the quality of all NEAP operations, programs and projects. The position is responsible for policy formulation, standards setting, monitoring and evaluation, and knowledge and asset management of the division.
It also includes the management of the day-to-day activities of the division as well as the supervision, development of team’s skills in the performance of their roles. Leads and manages the work of the team that will help ensure that the Division has the resources, technical assistance and ability to implement programs and projects, and monitor and evaluate them.
Minimum Qualifications
You must meet all the following Civil Service Commission (CSC) Prescribed Qualifications for you to be qualified for this position:
Education
- Master’s degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
Experience
- 4 years in position/s involving management and supervision
Training
- 40 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years
