Job Description
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing procedures and receivable accounts.
- Ensures timeliness and accuracy in preparing invoices in conformity with the agreed contracts, purchase order or approved proposals.
- Matching correct P.O. unit cost applications in billings and monitor purchase order and request for amendment / replenishment as needed.
- Prepare delivery of invoices and other billing related documents to/from customers.
- Ensure collection level targets are collected achieved through regular email and phone call follow-ups.
- Accounting billing deductions from clients and secure documentation.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable aging.
- Monitor and updating Masterlife Data of billing transactions per customers, tracking status of invoices and pending billings.
- Update customer's files and assist on the day to day accounting transactions in AR division.
- Ensure submission of all reportorial requirements promptly.
- Assist in messenger functions as needed.
- Safe keep financial information.
- Perform related functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business-related field.
- At least with a minimum of one (1) year related experience.
- Amenable to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
