Job Description
- Prepare Profit and Loss Statement of the project and the company monthly and annually.
- Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Ensure Zero delay in processing of payables and utilities for payment to avoid penalties.
- In-charge of the project site Operating Fund or (OF); and the its proper documentation and reports which should be submitted based on set deadlines;
- Maintain & monitor project’s inventory and fixed asset records such as office equipment, heavy equipment and others.
- Review and analyze G/L Accounts and its monthly/annual balance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that are required from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Candidate should be a Certified Public Accountant
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver high quality of work to tight deadlines
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
