Job Description
- Provide practical, consistent and proactive support, direction and advice to other managers on HR procedure, policy, best practice, employment rewards, benefits and legislation to facilitate in achieving the objectives and targets of an organization.
- Define learning strategy and recruitment, setting high standard principles and providing likely solutions
- Develop, update and maintain HR and Administration policies, procedure, rules and regulations and manual.
- Provide pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary and performance issues.
- Raise proactive issues with managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending appropriate action plans.
- Compile and manage case management documentation, accompany and support managers,
- Conduct seminars, arrange meetings and provide the employees with suitable training.
- Liaise with the recruitment team on salary levels for existing and prospective staff consistent with organization market conditions and policies.
- Act as a bridge between these sections in order to facilitate smooth functioning of the operations of the company.
- Plan, supervise and coordinate activities related to employment, labor relations, and compensation and employee relations.
- Collect ongoing information regarding satisfaction of employee on salary packages and wage, working conditions, etc.

- Perform other related functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Behavioral Science or any related field;
- At least ten (10) years’ experience in human resource management;
- Strategic Planning
- High level of interpersonal skill and integrity;
- Creative, forward thinker.
- Coaching and leadership skills
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
- A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.
