- Work Closely with Team Lead or Project Manager to develop solution in accordance with the system design
- Support Solution & Architecture Design, Configuration, Development, Testing & Deployment for SF Implementation
- Develop custom applications using Apex and Visualforce on Force.com platform
- Develop IOS and/or Android mobile platform
- Develop system interfaces between SF and other enterprise applications using Java for Web Services & API
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 cumulative years of software development preferably in Java min. 3 years on Salesforce Apex. Involvement with AppExchange implementation is a plus
- Presales: Experience in configuration & developing Proof of Concepts and assist in development effort sizing
- Delivery: Minimum 3 years of SF Project implementation experience in the development phase. Preferably in SF iterative or agile implementation methodology
- Delivery: Able to execute project work independently or minimal assistance
- To achieve proficiency (Certifications) in Salesforce.com ADM201, DP1 and subsequently DP2 is mandatory and knowledge of Force.com platform and other SF featured products (marketing cloud) is a plus
- Knowledge of IOS and Android development is a plus
- Good communications skills, attitude and ability to interact comfortably with both business users and technical team are mandatory
- Understanding basic Software and Project Management life cycle are essential
- Exhibit good team player spirit and promote collaboration
- Strong passion for technology, attitude for learning and a commitment to excellence
- Experience in Consulting is highly preferred.
- Strong background in software development fundamentals such as knowledge of data structures, object oriented programming, relational database design, and design patterns
- Experience in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) highly preferred
- Experience in Salesforce.com Solution, Design and Implementation highly preferred
- Experience with Data modeling, SQL, Web Services (SOAP / REST / XML)) WS-* stack and WSDL is essential
- Web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, XML are highly preferred
