Job Description
- Issuing Funds from the Revolving Fund
- Replenishing the Revolving Fund
- Security Monitoring of Branch Facility and Employee Safety
- Processing of Project Based Payroll
- Processing of Debit Memos
- Disposal of Scrap
- Receives and inspects the deliveries of parts, tools and equipment, consumables, assets, etc. from a Supplier or from another Delbros Yard.
- Prepares the Receiving Report (RR) for the items received in the Yard.
- Organizes and maintains a secure, orderly and clean stockroom based on the MOPs.
- Responsible for the safekeeping of the key to the stockroom.
- Prepares and maintains the updated Stock Cards for all the parts inside the stockroom.
- Prepares and releases the requested Delwater, Rescue, Troll parts and assets to the requesting Personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business related course.
- With at least two (2) years experience in Admin, accounting or clerical work.
- With above average written and communication skills.
- Comfortable and proficient with technology and google applications.
- Willing to be rotated.
- Organized, flexible and a team player.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
