Deputy Regional Operations Manager  

As part of the leadership team of the Operations department, he assists the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) in managing nationwide yards using the KPIs agreed upon between the COO and the ROM.

• Contributes well thought out feedback and input to the strategic plan for Delbros Leasing based on his experience on the ground.
• Performs a regular monthly self-process audit in the different yards under his responsibility to verify the team’s accurate understanding of the Manuals of Operating Procedures
• Supervises and ensures that following Operations Report/s Trackers are always updated and accurate
• Collaborates and coordinates closely with the Business Development and Sales Team
• Oversees the field operations in the Visayas region in close coordination with the CanEx team.
• Oversees the unloading operations for the barges in close coordination with the CaneX team and Trucking Operations.
• Incharge of repair, fabrication and modifications of machines and cages.
• Consults on field operations and on technicalities.

• Graduate of any engineering or business related course
• With at least 3 years relevant experience
• Good in negotiation and processing of permits
• With leadership skills
• Willing to travel or be relocated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
