- Establishes a list of prospective clients and prioritizes market research based on the criteria set or as per management’s direction.
- Promotes Delbros Group services to prospective clients. He/she must prepare complete, succinct and accurate Minutes of Meeting
- Develops sales and marketing strategies in close collaboration with the BD Director and Sales Managers.
- Develops plans to target new customers
- Monitors client accounts proactively and coordinates with the said clients on any new development relative to pricing
- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions.
- Address technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
- Mentors team members.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- With at least 3 years experience in sales, marketing, business development, and customer service
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Willing to travel
- Resourceful, innovative, persuasive and excellent in building a client network
