Job Description
The Operations Manager (OpM) manages and operates the operations in Mobile, In Center in compliance with the policies and procedures.
- Provides inspired leadership for the organization by executing performance development.
- Leads in continuous improvement initiatives enhancing the established policies and procedures
- Assess areas opportunities and recommend strategic plans to the Founding Director
- Overseeing the operations of the mobile classes - logistics, scheduling, purchasing and equipment handling
- Supervises and coordinates the training of qualified personnel to ensure ongoing employee competency. Evaluates and maintains appropriate staffing levels within the region.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
- Organized, dependable and quality oriented
- Excellent skills in Excel
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Has the ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Desire for ongoing professional development.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Must be willing to travel to Makati/ Taguig Cities
