- Establishes a list of prospective clients and prioritizes market research based on the criteria set or as per management’s direction.
- Promotes company's services to prospective clients. He/she must prepare complete, succinct and accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and attend client meetings.
- Prepares regular client reports and attends client meetings.
- Develops sales and marketing strategies in close collaboration with the BD Director and Sales Managers.
- Develops plans to target new customers in alignment with the sales strategies.
- Retains existing customers by keeping a consistent, professional and efficient flow of communication with the clients in relation to their service requirements and needs.
- Monitors client accounts proactively and coordinates with the said clients on any
- With at least 3 years sales, marketing, customer-service, and business development experience
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Has strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Willing to travel
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
