Job Description
The Rescue Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Rescue Manager in monitoring online and offline CWS transactions, receives and evaluates rescue requests; Coordinates with the CSS in communicating with the clients.
- Receives rescue requests from the clients through emails sent via PML or centralized mailbox, texts or calls and reviews the request based on the details provided by the client
- Assists the Rescue Manager in monitoring online and offline CWS transactions.
- Coordinates closely with the Customer Service Specialists in communicating with clients
- Segregates and arranges the rescue request per client based on their line-up for rescue before scheduling and dispatch.
- Informs the rescue team of the details pertaining to the specific rescue
- Prepares the RIS, Gate Pass, Vehicle Trip Ticket, Petty Cash Voucher for the toll fee, gasoline and meal
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 1 year related experience
- Techy Savvy
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Keen to details
