Job Description
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Formulates recommends and implements policies and procedures in areas of responsibilities
- Assist other department heads in manpower planning
- Ensure legal compliance
- Promotes the company's HR policies and improvement of implementations.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support all HR programs for talent retention and secure employee satisfaction and development promoting a work –life balance environment
- Directly reports to the COO and Chief HR
Minimum Qualifications
- FEMALE
- A graduate of Psychology and or any behavioral science course/business course
- With at least 6 years of experience as HR Manager or HR Head
- With a background in all HR facets preferably managers specializing on Training, CompenBen and Labor Laws
- Good oral and written communication skills
- With a high level of work quality and professionalism
- Result driven and highly motivated
- Amenable to work in Pascor Drive, Parañaque City
- Can start asap
