Sales Supervisor  

Job Summary

• Is responsible for supervising territorial Account Executives. Will assist them with the promotion and growth of Delwater Chassis Leasing services. Provides leadership towards the achievement of sales targets and growth in line with the company vision and values.
• Supervises the development and performance of at least two Account Executives, through the Luzon/Visayas/Mindanao Lease Performance Target tracker.
• Provides supervision through field visits and observations and assists in handling facility tours.
• Responsible for maintaining and for expansion accounts in his/her assigned territory.
• Oversees the movement of chassis and status of services in the assigned territory.
• Promotes and establishes prospects in Chassis leasing Industry and prioritizes them for market research based on criteria set or as per management’s direction.
• Coordinates with an internal support group to ensure timely and efficient client servicing.

Job Qualification

• With at least 3 years experience in sales, marketing, business development, and customer-service
• Graduate of any business-related course
• Willing to travel
• Resourceful, innovative, persuasive and excellent in building a client network
• With good communication and presentation skills
• Amenable to work in Parañaque City
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
